1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LendrIQ website and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. LendrIQ Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

LendrIQ is a business financing marketplace that connects Canadian businesses with lending partners. We are not a direct lender. Our platform matches your financing needs with appropriate lenders from our network of 75+ partners. Approval decisions, terms, and conditions are ultimately determined by the lending partner, not by LendrIQ.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Canadian resident or operate a business in Canada
• Have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application

4. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications and communications
• Not misrepresent your identity, business, or financial situation
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our platform
• Keep your account credentials confidential

5. No Guarantee of Funding

LendrIQ does not guarantee that you will receive financing. Submitting an application does not constitute an offer or guarantee of funding. All financing decisions are made by our lending partners based on their own criteria and underwriting standards. Rates, terms, and amounts quoted are estimates and may vary.

6. Fees

There are no upfront fees charged by LendrIQ for submitting a financing application. LendrIQ earns a commission from lending partners when a deal is successfully funded. Any fees associated with your financing product are determined by the lending partner and will be disclosed to you before you accept any offer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the LendrIQ website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of LendrIQ Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LendrIQ Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the Service.

9. Partner & Agent Program

Participants in the LendrIQ Partner and Agent programs are subject to additional terms and conditions as outlined in their respective agreements. Commission rates, payout schedules, and program benefits are subject to change with notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
